Supplementary street cleaning services in Germantown’s central business district will be continued thanks to a partnership between the Germantown Special Services District (GSSD) and Germantown United CDC (GU). Rhakeim Miller is an experienced grassroots organizer and coalition-builder, with over 10 years of public service as a staffer in city and state government.
