Sustainable. Creative. Community-driven.

Our mission: To promote and facilitate the revitalization of Germantown and its business corridors through a sustainable, creative, and community-driven approach to economic development.
What We Do

Resident Services

Empowers residents by offering support and information about City programs and other impactful resources. Our guidance and referrals have helped to save renters from eviction, kept utilities on, and prevented at-risk homeowners from losing homes to foreclosure.

Application Assistance

Supports residents and small business owners in completing applications for various supportive programs. Our aim is to streamline the process and ensure our community can access essential resources by successfully submitting a complete application on their first try!

Community Engagement

As a community resource and information hub, we connect people to resources and opportunities through direct assistance, referrals, effective communication, and community engagement.

Small Business Assistance

Provides entrepreneurs and small businesses with technical assistance, referrals for grant and loan opportunities, access to business training programs, and resources for storefront improvements and business security cameras.

Daily Sidewalk Sweeping

Providing stewardship and maintenance services on 22 blocks in the Germantown and Chelten Commercial Corridor five days a week. Our dedicated Cleaning Ambassadors, known as ‘The Men in Blue,’ sweep sidewalks, remove trash, and handle other essential tasks.

Targeted Corridor Management

We work to upkeep and enhance the Germantown and Chelten Commercial Corridor, seek new businesses and uses to vacant properties, and create safe, clean, and attractive environments for businesses, shoppers, and residents.
