PSA: Germantown United CDC supports Philly’s Eviction Diversion Program (EDP), assisting tenants and landlords in resolving disputes and avoiding court.  Our Involvement: Each week, we reach out to Germantown participants in the EDP with incomplete paperwork, crucial for swift resolution. If applications need corrections or completion, we provide instructions.
