Yoga for First Responders is designed to support those who serve on the front lines, providing essential tools to manage stress, build resilience, and promote physical and mental well-being.
This class offers a blend of grounding postures, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques to help first responders decompress from the demands of their roles. Whether you’re looking to relieve tension, enhance focus, or simply find a moment of peace, this class offers a supportive environment to restore balance and maintain strength both on and off duty. All levels are welcome.
What to Bring:
– Comfortable clothing for movement
– A yoga mat (mats also available at the studio)
– A bottle of water
