We’re teaming up with Umoja House for our monthly book club, which will center on works by Black and Philadelphian authors. 
We will meet on the first Friday of every month, from 6-8 p.m., at Umoja House (6338 Germantown Avenue). Our next meet-up is THIS FRIDAY, and we’ll discuss our OG first pick, Sadeqa Johnson’s “Yellow Wife: A Novel” (the rain ruined our meet-up last month 
). If you need a copy, please contact Umoja House, which has copies for purchase!
