The concept of “highest and best use” in real estate, which on the surface seems rational and productive, has roots in exclusion and a focus on profits over people. This JUMPinar will feature a discussion with Tayyib Smith & Sandra Dungee Glenn, members of The Growth Collective, on how we can reimagine this concept and focus our collective efforts on holistic development with a community-driven approach.
