Into local mycology? Learn to grow mushrooms in your garden 🍄 Learn from our friend Simone Shimshedini, Landscape Architect and an Orchard Coordinator with the Philadelphia Orchard Project about site conditions, materials needed, and the method for growing Stropharia Mushrooms (Winecaps) at home.
At this workshop you will participate in preparing and inoculating a Stropharia mushroom bed in the Awbury Food Forest, and inoculating a spawn bag to take home! Come hangout on October 6th from 12-1pm! Tickets below!
