SEPTA invites you to our upcoming open house. SEPTA has developed a Station Areas Concept for our long-vacant property on East Chelten Avenue at the Germantown Regional Rail Station as part of our Transit Oriented Communities program. This concept builds on previous city and community-led plans and reflects the community’s vision for a mixed-use redevelopment that includes commercial and residential elements.

SEPTA is seeking your feedback on this concept. With your support, we aim to pursue zoning changes that will enable redevelopment and initiate the search for a developer to establish a long-term lease that brings this vision to life. Our commitment is to ensure a transparent and inclusive process for redeveloping our properties—one that is people-first, enhances mobility, and creates economic opportunities.
