Join our host Eileen at Artifact Studio for a sacred Cacao Ceremony. This is an opportunity to release repressed emotions, cultivate self-love and compassion, and stimulate your creativity.
Date: February 27 from 6pm-8pm
Cacao is an ancient and potent plant medicine used traditionally for spiritual and ceremonial purposes. In addition to learning about the history and preparation of cacao, you’ll be guided through meditation, movement, journaling and fostering connection both personally and collectively.
For the ceremony, disposable cups will be provided with an option to purchase handmade ceramic cups from Artifact Studio.
