PSA: Germantown United CDC supports Philly’s Eviction Diversion Program (EDP), assisting tenants and landlords in resolving disputes and avoiding court. Our Involvement: Each week, we reach out to Germantown participants in the EDP with incomplete paperwork, crucial for swift resolution. If applications need corrections or completion, we provide instructions. Our objective is to help renters stay in their homes, ensure speedy payment for the tenant’s owed back rent, and maximize program benefits. How Does EDP Help?
